Order Questions
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship your order out the day of or day after you place it (M-F), if your order is placed on a weekend we will ship it on Monday.
All orders are shipped out with UPS Priority Mail and this usually takes 1-3 days.
All orders are shipped from our office in Morristown, New Jersey and we will email you with your tracking number as soon as your label is printed.
How do you pack my order?
We pack your order in custom size boxes that keep your order tightly snugged to ensure that the pretzels will not break during transit.
I ordered your pretzels and I don’t like them/there is something wrong, can I return them?
Because our foods are perishable, we do not accept returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis.
Refund/Replacement requirements include:
- Description of product
- Lot number
- Where you purchased
- Any photos of product and packaging you may have

I made an accident in my order, what should I do?
Not a problem! Please contact us as soon as you realize at itsanograiner@savorstreet.com or via our contact page and we will be able to make any amendments to your order.
Do you ship Internationally?

What is Cassava/Cassava Flour?
Cassava is a root vegetable related to the sweet potato and Cassava Flour comes from Ground Cassava root.
Cassava Flour is grain free, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan and paleo. It’s fine and powdery with an earthy flavor and can be used as a one to one replacement with regular flour.
Cassava Flour is also drought resistant, meaning it needs very little water, making it a sustainable ingredient!
Is your Palm Oil sustainable?
Yes, our Palm Oil is RSPO Sustainable Palm Oil. We pride ourselves on taking sustainability seriously.
How do you choose your ingredients?
All of our ingredients are carefully chosen with our Mama Bear Hats on. We prioritize the best quality ingredients for our allergen friendly community and never compromise for anything less.

While our products are currently not Certified Organic, we prioritize getting the highest quality ingredients at all times. All of our Grain-Free pretzels are Certified NON-GMO.
Are your products NON-GMO?
Our Sea Salt, Roasted Garlic & Herb and Lil' Bit Spicy pretzels are Certified NON-GMO. Our Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate pretzels are not Certified NON-GMO.
Do your products contain Tree Nuts?
No, all of our No Grainer pretzels are Tree Nut Free and baked in a Nut Free Facility *(Excluding our Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate No Grainers)*
Do your products contain Peanuts?

How should I store my pretzels?
We recommend storing your pretzels in a tightly closed container in a cool and dry place.
What is the shelf life of my pretzels?
The shelf life of your pretzels will be printed on the bag in the top right corner. Our pretzels shelf life is usually 9 Months +
