Perfect pretzels

I hadn't eaten pretzels in years (and I missed them), because other GF pretzels just aren't very good. These pretzels, on the other hand, are indistinguishable from wheat-based pretzels. They're really good, and I'm grateful they exist.

Finally a Pretzel I can Eat!

I was happy to see these advertised on Facebook. I ordered some and the only complaint I have is that they have a lot of sodium in them. I wish that you could make some with lower sodium. Other than that, I enjoy their crispness, because I lost my taste and smell with Covid over 2 years ago, I eat by texture.
