It’s been many years since I ate a soft pretzel. So I decided to go all out with this recipe - and so I dipped them in vegan butter after baking. It was totally reminiscent of the famous Auntie Anne’s butter dipped amish style soft pretzels we used to buy at the mall before we went gluten free. So delicious!


A few months ago, when I saw one of my favorite food bloggers post a grain free soft pretzel recipe, I thought for sure I would make them. But the days went by and I forgot about how good they looked.


Then on National Pretzel Day, I decided if ever I was going to make grain free soft pretzels, this was the day to do it!


Super soft and full of flavor, these are worth every bit of effort to make, even the caustic bath!
