4 Sweet Potatoes
4Tbsp Suzie's Seasoning
4Tbsp Suzie's Seasoning
1/2 CupTahini
1/4 CupFresh Lemon Juice
6 Tbsp Water Plus more as Needed
1 Garlic Clove Grated or Pressed
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
Directions
Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees
Slice Sweet Potatoes into thin strips and place in baking tray
Sprinkle Sweet Potatoes with Suzie's Seasoning
Bake Sweet Potatoes for 45 Minutes
For the Dipping sauce: Whisk together all remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy
